<u>Recette:</u><br />
Suer a blanc l'oignon ciselé dans du beurre. Ajouter le riz et le faire nacrer pendant 3 à 5 minutes. Ajouter le vin blanc et laisser évaporer. Mouiller a mi-hauteur avec du bouillon, lorsque le riz a absorbé tout le liquide, remouiller à hauteur. Renouveler l'opération cinq à six fois. Ajouter les pétales de tomates confites concasses, le concentré de tomate et le parmesan râpé. Bien mélanger puis alléger grâce a la crème mi-fouettée, assaisonné.<br />
